AUGUST Prayer Requests

Prayer Laborers,

This month please pray for the Courage Youth Movement ministry at our seven schools.

Thank you for interceding on behalf of Courage Youth staff, platforms and, most importantly, Courage Youth learners.

1. Kwa-Ntsikana Junior High

Praise 

• We are grateful for good working relationships and the fact that we are trusted by everyone in our school.

Petition 

• We are praying for peace amongst the school’s teachers.

• Prayer for Mr. Maphumulo who lost his child.

1. Lofentse Girls High 

Praise

• We are grateful for the participation and availability of our Learners in every Courage Youth event.

• We are grateful for the transformation we see in our Learners during our sessions .

Scripture:  Train up a child in a way he should go, and when he is old he will not depart from it.  Proverbs 22:6

Petition:

• Pray against the spirit of death and for divine protection for our Courage Youth members.

Scripture: The thief only comes to steal, kill and destroy.  John 10:10

1. Letsibogo Girls High 

Praise :

• We thank God for protecting our Courage Youth members during school holidays.

Petition 

• We pray for growth in the club and strong relationships between the members.

1. Selelekela Secondary School 

Praise:

• We thank God that most of our Grade 12 Learners have applied for tertiary education.

Petition

• For God to give Learners who did not pass the first and second terms the courage to work hard and not lose heart.

1. Mafori Mphahlele Secondary school 

Praise 

• We thank God that our Learners are healthy.

• We ask God for strength  and wisdom for Learners who didn’t do well during mid term exams.  Joshua 1:9

1. Bona Comprehensive High School

Praise 

•  God is continuing to protect our Courage Club members even outside of school.

Petition

• We pray that the Holy Spirit brings transformation in our Learners’ lives through the work we do. 

1. Orlando High School

Praise 

• Thankful for Term 2 school report:  most of our Courage members have improved compared to Term 1.

Petition

• Pray for strength over Courage Youth Club members and Life Coaches for healing over  Kamogetswe’s passing.  Ecclesiastes  3:1-4
